The extension of Malaysia’s Movement Control Order (MCO) is absolutely necessary given the spread of Covid-19 across the country. While we are dealing rigorously with the outbreak by restricting people’s movement, we have still not come to terms with the grim reality of the pandemic’s impact on people’s livelihoods and the economy.

Almost all industries are being hit hard, including Interior Design as proposal are being put on hold, projects are delayed or cancelled, firms go remote and employees fend off cabin fever at home. This discussion will try to provide an outlook on the challenges ahead and how the Interior Design practices can be prepared in dealing with the impact of this crisis.

We hope that our members can gain more information and tips from experience panelists through this session.
